In the news: “A growing number of judges are recognizing the need to provide mental health ‘debriefing’ to jurors who may be unwitting victims of the justice system. Psychological counseling for jurors haunted by images of gruesome evidence began in earnest after trials involving the Oklahoma City bombing and serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer. Now, a number of states are considering adopting the practice.”
